		Mr. Govind Chandra Dash, Chairman -cum- Managing Director Mr. Govind Chandra Dash is well known for his contributions in Community Service activities in Odisha. After having experience in social developmental works in Gram Vikas, he founded the NGO Gram-Utthan in the year 1990. Under his able leadership and Management, Gram Utthan has achieved several milestones and has created a niche position for itself in the NGO sector by continuously working for the development of the downtrodden people of Orissa. He successfully implemented Credit and Savings for Household Enterprise program of CARE-India (one of the largest financial inclusion program of DFID in South Asia). With the support of ICICI Bank, Central Bank, Axis Bank and other banks he pioneered financial inclusion program of Gram Utthan. He started first Housing loan services to rural households in Odisha in collaboration with Swarna Pragati Housing Micro Finance He was one of the associates of Rashtriya Mahila Kosh and National Minority Development Financial Corporation to improve Financial Inclusion in Odisha. He is one of the Project Advisory Committee members of UPNRM project of NABARD in Odisha. He founded GUFS(P)L as a separate company to provide an exclusive platform for Financial Inclusion efforts of Gram Utthan. Mr. Dash is a Master in Social Work (MSW) from the Asian Institute of Social Science, Berhampur.
		Mr. Gobinda Chandra Nayak , Director Mr. Gobinda Chandra Nayak was practicing as an Advocate in the Orissa High Court before joining Gram Utthan Board. Since his association with Gram Utthan in the year 1996, he is actively providing guidance and support for various legal issues of the organization. He is one of the promoters of GUFS. He has been associated in the policy formulation for effective credit delivery of the Microfinance Programme. He has made excellent contribution to improve recovery performances. He is an MA with Law degree.
		Mr. Santosh Mishra , Director Mr. Santosh Mishra, has 15 years of resourceful experience in development sector, more specifically he possesses expertise on Micro Finance, Micro Enterprise promotion, Entrepreneurship Development, Sustainable Livelihood Promotion, Skill Development Initiative, Liasioning and rapport building with Donors, funders, development bankers, commercial bankers, financial institutions including Lenders. His educational qualification includes Post Graduation in Rural Management from AMITY University, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Mr. Mishra worked for 6 years as Programme Officer in Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar and has awe-inspiring experience with development sector. Mr. Mishra is an innovator and developer of ground-breaking strategies to cope with emerging challenges on mF sector, social capital development, business development, and financial inclusion. He is playing a significant role in shaping pro-poor-policy focused guidelines for the company and leading GUFSPL into becoming a top class financial services Company in the state. He is responsible for the overall working of the Company and is instrumental in making strategic decisions for the Company. Under his guidance and direction, the Company commenced its transformational journey, reaching out to the poorest of the poor clients across Odisha Province.
		Mr. Biswananda Tripathy , Independent Director Mr. BiswanandaTripathy is a Banking Professional with 35 years of experience in the Central banking functions in various capacities in multiple areas of Administration and Management of Human Resources Management including Account Management, Customer Service, Staff Coordination, Training and Development with staff discipline. Also experienced in the functioning of Exchange Control Regulation, Management of Currency in the Issue Department and Maintenance of Estate in the Estate Department of Reserve Bank of India. Around 4 years of supervisory and regulatory experience in the Non-Banking Financial Sector including supervision of various NBFCs with direct interaction with SHGs at the micro level add to my experience in performing the role of the Regulator towards social justice. He holds a master degree in Commerce and Bachelor degree in Law from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar.
		CA. (Dr) Prithvi Ranjan Parhi, Independent Director Dr. Prithvi Ranjan Parhi, Additional Director (Independent) is a Chartered Accountant by profession with more than 20 years of rich experience in Business Valuation, Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reporting, Forensic Audit, Information System Audit, Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Implementation of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Transfer pricing, Direct Tax and Indirect Tax. He is the managing partner of BAPS & Associates, Chartered Accountants and is a member of ICAI registered Valuer organization and also a registered Valuer under the Insolvency Professional Board of India. He has completed PhD in Finance and has been associated as Guest Faculty with professional and reputed educational institutes like The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, The Institute of Cost Accountants of India, The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, XIM University, Utkal University, Ravenshaw University and KIIT University.
